Pricing

Workshop fees: $550* 6 hour class, $350* for 3 hour class
All workshops can accommodate beginner through advanced skill levels, however a basic understanding of paper piecing is always helpful.

Lecture/Power Point/trunk show fee: $400*

A minimum of $900, in scheduled workshops and/or lectures, is required for any booking that requires airline travel or an overnight stay. Groups are welcome, and encouraged, to make arrangements with neighboring groups to share minimum fees and travel expenses. Ruth loves to be kept busy and would love to have several lectures and/or workshops scheduled during any trip.

Enrollment: For workshops larger than 20 people, She will need one quilter, experienced in paper piecing, to assistant for each five people over 20 enrolled (two assistants for 10 students over, etc.) Assistants will not be there to teach, but they will need to watch for anyone making mistakes, or confused students, and assist where they can. Ruth has a special thank you gift for each helper.

Transportation & Lodging: The sponsoring group is responsible for the cost of all transportation, lodging and meals during the teaching engagement, including ground transportation and airport parking fees (if you are splitting these expenses with another group, you will need to make these agreements separately). Ruth says she gets lost easy, so she would prefer to have someone pick her up at the airport and get her to where she need to be. She will have a special thank you gift for this lady as well.
