This quilt does not have the dimension that my work usually exhibits.  It leans towards the traditional quilt, however the Indian and goat shapes are simple stenciled images that are wonderful,  artful, and easy to do. Once they are quilted the little characters pop just like they are hand appliquéd.  This design lends itself well to a classic masculine appearance that fits into the cabin or a young man’s décor.  I use it in my own home over a leather couch and it pulls all of the colors used throughout the room, making a great focal point.  We hope you enjoy this new addition to the gallery of quilts here at Thimbleart.
